Returns
All Decor menu items and all Restored menu items - to return an unused item, it is first necessary to notify us by email and also help us with a brief reason for you wishing to return the item.
Please return within 28 days. It is your responsibility for the return, to ensure your item is correctly packaged, and that the return is fully ensured by your courier to the invoiced value of the item. Once the item is returned to us, providing there is no damage or marks or signs of use, we will make an immediate and full refund available to the method of your original payment.

All Sculpted menu items, woodwork, lights and tables - please ensure that you do wish to purchase one of these, as we cannot accept returns as every sculpted item we make is exclusive, a one-off artwork and custom made. You are welcome to arrange a visit with us to our workshop and see the item before you purchase, and are welcome to request an additional particular product video.
